Custom orders are done with full transparency by using photos, video clips, and constant communication until the design has been decided. Once a custom design is agreed upon, a completion time frame will be set. The buyer is then responsible for purchasing the item after which there will be no changes to the custom design.
Shipping denim materials to Totes & More to create a specific design or a memory pillow? The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. A time frame from the buyer must be given to complete any projects so there's adequate time to finish it before it's needed. The buyer is responsible for any delays.
