Hello, my name is April. As a retired professional figure skater with a career spanning over 20 years, I've successfully transitioned into a new role as Author and Publisher of Gluten Free Goodness. I've enjoyed 30 years of marriage and cherish my role as a mother to a wonderful son.
My entry into sewing began as a practical means of extending the life of cherished items. However, after encountering a handbag made entirely from recycled denim, I discovered a new passion.
Recycling, designing, creating, and sewing have since become integral to my life, as I find joy in repurposing old materials into innovative, distinctive pieces.
