Why flaxseed and buckwheat?
Flaxseed and buckwheat offers a soothing moist heat without the smell of rice or other fillers often have with use.

Pain relief: migraines, headaches, joint pain, stiffness, and muscle cramps.
Cold relief: Ease nausea (place on the back of the neck), inflammation and reduce pain.

Instructions: To use as a heat pack, place in a clean microwave for 30 second increments. Test the temperature before use to ensure it's not to hot. Shake pillow and move flaxseed and buckwheat around to distribute heat to ensure even heating. Do not exceed 2 minutes to prevent hot spots. DO NOT OVERHEAT!
To use as a cold pack, seal pillow in a resealable plastic freezer bag for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Fabric care for best results: Hand wash removable cover with cold water and mild detergent. Hand dry, iron if needed.
*Keep the insert pillow dry, exposure to water will damage flaxseeds.
